Beak Care: There are several tools that can be used to trim the beak such as a nail file or Dremel tool. (Sedation might be required by a veterinarian.)
The cause of beak excessive beak growth is inappropriate habitat setup. Habits need rocks and hard surfaces to help the animals wear down there nails and beaks. Adding a bird cuttle bone to the habitat may also be helpful. You should not use sand. |
